Adam Jenzarli

Coming from a sales and marketing background I decided in 2004 that I needed a change. After taking the advice of “always involve yourself with a career that you are passionate about” I decided to become a personal trainer. I mean I lived and breathed sports and found myself at the gym 6 days a week so it made sense to follow this path. After completing a certificate 3, certificate 4 and a Diploma in Fitness I found myself working in the industry. I took it upon myself to experience every aspect I could, working front of desk, gym floor, writing programs, personal training, teaching classes ( Freestyle, Les Mills, Aqua ). I progressed to running my own business and grew an Outdoor/Boot camp business which eventually I sold and then took on a Gym management role. During this time I became a presenter/facilitator for Thump Boxing. Finally in 2013 after being with Thump to the position of Senior Presenter an opportunity arose where I purchased Thump Boxing.

Guy Medinovski

Guy has been involved with the fitness industry for 6 years after completing his fitness qualifications, he has been involved with Thump for 3 years and serves as a senior presenter. Guy’s extensive background in Kickboxing Muay Thai started when he was 18 years old and has taken him abroad living and fighting in Thailand for 8 years on and off. Combined with his fitness qualifications Guy has been able to deliver a relevant and tangible boxing for fitness Thump program.

Peter Joannou

Level 2 Personal Trainer Fitness Australia. Group fitness Instructor Active after schools for kids and communities trainer. Sports conditioning coach, Thump boxing Presenter.


Coming from a professional sports background led me into sports coaching and ultimately the fitness industry. Started in Sales in the fitness industry in 2008. From here I went into sales management. This was just a stepping stone to what I really wanted to do. Being able to help people achieve better lifestyles was always my number one goal. As of today i am a personal trainer, Bootcamp owner, and group fitness instructor and this allows me to do what I am passionate about. Specialising in Boxing for fitness classes and as a Thump Presenter I am able to pass on my knowledge in something I truely believe in.

Matt Beecroft


Matt Beecroft has been a presenter for Thump since 2007. With over 16 years’ experience as a qualified personal trainer and group fitness instructor he holds numerous qualifications including the Functional Movement Screen (FMS), Ground Force Method (GFM), Animal Flow, Circular Strength Training (CST), and Progressive Calisthenics (PCC) and is a Senior RKC with the Russian Kettlebell Challenge (RKC). He is an Expert Level 2 Krav Maga instructor with Krav Maga Global and is a nationally accredited boxing coach that trains amateur and professional fighters including a previous Australian WBC Super featherweight Muay Thai champion and 5 time world champion. He also writes for a few publications including Blitz Magazine, Breaking Muscle and the Dragon Door RKC-School of Strength Blog. He is passionate about helping other trainers grow and thrive in the fitness industry through further education

Pitt Tseng

Founder at Brain & Body Academy, Adjunct Lecturer at National Taiwan Sports University, and Official Representative of THUMP Boxing Asia & M.E.T Coaching in Taiwan and China. Pitt is the Founder at Brain & Body Academy, where offers pioneering Leadership Coaching & Exercise science programs . He is the Official Representative & Lecturer of THUMP Boxing Asia, M.E.T (Move – Empower – Transform) Coaching Methods, and HeadStrong Performance in China & Taiwan. In addition, Pitt has been a Brand Ambassador at Adidas Taiwan for 6 years . Recently, Pitt joins National Taiwan Sports University as an Adjunct Lecturer, inspiring the future kids with “Filed practice of Leadership” course. With nearly 20-year experience in Personal Training, Triathlon, Sales, Education, and Professional Coaching, Pitt also lectures at CTBA( Chinese Taipei Basketball Association) and ISSA (Integration sports science academy ) focusing on the Sports Science Coaching . Today, Pitt is striving to integrate neuroscience , exercise and nutrition to improve brain and body performance in executives, which he believes it can change the world to a healthier place.
